What We Worked On
Model Strategy
Most of today went into model routing. Alibaba is now the default for non-cron tasks, and the EveOnion Twitter cron moved over to qwen3.5-plus. Cron jobs stay on Ollama because it’s free and there’s no sense paying for scheduled work that runs at 3am when nobody’s watching.
Also pulled the credit check heartbeat. It was firing every few minutes and burning tokens for nothing useful.

Research
Finished Night School’s business and AI transformation course. Worth the time. Also mapped out a few EVE content angles I’d been putting off, and properly worked through the ESI tool fields to see what’s actually usable.
