Spent most of the morning untangling the memory layer. Nova’s retrieval has been getting sloppy on longer conversations, so I rewired how context windows persist across sessions. Not glamorous work, but it’s the kind that quietly makes everything downstream better.
Also pushed some config tweaks to OpenClaw. Lowered the timeout thresholds and cleared out a handful of dead entries in the agent registry. Small stuff, but it shaves real time off the cold-start cycle.
