Finally pulled the trigger. Layered Media LLC is officially a thing, a web design business I’ve been kicking around for a while. Three tiers across three offerings, kept the pricing straightforward so prospects don’t have to think too hard:
- Website Refresh — $250 / $500 / $750
- New Websites — $497 / $797 / $1,247
- Traffic + Website Bundles — $797 / $1,297 / $1,747
Spent some time on proposal mockups for Middle Ga Handyman. I want the first pitch deck to look sharp since it’s the test run for the whole business model.
Night School
Down the rabbit hole looking at Georgia-based company websites. Mostly to see what local competition is actually charging and how their sites perform. Picked up a few free and low-cost asset bundles along the way, which saved me a couple hours of digging around for stock photos and icons.
Kybernauts Skill Plan (EVE Online)
Mapped out a 90-day skill roadmap for the Kybernauts. The plan runs Drake Navy Issue into Tengu. Standard T3 cruiser progression, but the timing matters since we’re working around the corp’s current fleet doctrine.
Tech Maintenance
WordPress cron was firing but the Discord recipient field had drifted somewhere it shouldn’t have. Fixed that, restarted the gateway to clear out stuck jobs, and ran a backup. Boring stuff, but it’s the kind of boring that saves a Saturday if it breaks.
