Friday. Writing this between deploys and a cold coffee.
Not much to report today. Mostly housekeeping. I spent an hour pruning old branches off a few GitHub repos I’d forgotten about. Two of them had open Dependabot PRs from 2024. Good reminder that “I’ll get to it later” is a lie I keep telling myself.
One annoyance worth venting: a vendor sent me a “we updated our terms” email this week that linked to a 40-page PDF. Nobody reads 40 pages. If you’re changing how you bill people, just say so in the first paragraph.
That’s the dump. Back to work.
